I am honored and humbled to announce that the essay I wrote on January 29, 2009, the one that went viral and gave rise to a true grassroots movement that I honestly never saw coming, has been included in the publication "Should the Federal Government Bail Out Private Industry?"
This text book, aimed at Young Adults from the "At Issue" series published by Gale Cenage Learning (Greenhaven Press) includes pieces from such influential voices such as: Richard Gibbons, Terence Corcoran, Declan McCullah, Matthew Rothschild, Paul Krugman and. . .well, me (go figure!).
I cannot begin to express how incredibly proud I feel to have played even a small role in shaping public opinion this year - particularly as it's not something I initially set out to do. This publication is the perfect ending to an incredible year and I want to thank each and every person reading these words for all of your help and support in spreading the message of student loan forgiveness as a means of economic stimulus.
It truly has been an honor to have met so many people from all walks of life and, by shining a light on the plight of the educated poor, I hope this endeavor has helped to take away the stigma of excessive student loan debt.
Happy Holidays and best wishes for a safe, healthy and prosperous 2010!

Tough times had created so much financial woes in daily and educational expenses of the children, good thing there are some student loan that been offered by the school to ease the financial suffering. Anyway did you know that the recent lowering of the Colorado minimum wage brings several worthy questions about. For one, is it right to even have a minimum wage, like the federal minimum wage? Even middle class families use payday loans and other credit from time to time, so thus it would appear a wage is only as good as what is done with it. It basically tells businesses what they’re supposed to pay, but on the other hand, for every great industrialist, there was an army of workers that made their success possible. Ford invented the assembly line, but it took the people working on it to make him successful.
